About The CPR Girl
Mobile Training Built Around the Way Real Organizations Work

When your team needs CPR training, First Aid instruction, AED guidance, or Bloodborne Pathogens certification, the process should not slow down your day or create more work than it solves. You need training that is professional, easy to schedule, and built around the people you are responsible for.

She provides training for all shifts and works seven days a week, making it easier to schedule classes around your team’s needs. With over 8,000 people trained, The CPR Girl is trusted by businesses, healthcare offices, construction teams, schools, churches, and organizations

That is the idea behind The CPR Girl.

The CPR Girl provides mobile CPR, First Aid, BLS, AED, and Bloodborne Pathogens training for businesses, organizations, facilities, job sites, and teams across Ohio and neighboring states. Instead of asking your employees or staff to travel to a classroom, Sara comes directly to your location and teaches in the environment where your team would actually need to respond.

Meet Sara Bobst

Sara Bobst, known as The CPR Girl, is a certified instructor through the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association. She has spent years training people in real workplace and organizational settings, helping clients prepare for emergencies with clear instruction and a practical approach.

She is known for making the training easy to follow, engaging, and useful in the real world. That matters because this is not just about getting through a class. It is about helping people feel confident enough to step in when something serious happens.

Sara works with a wide range of clients, from small businesses and churches to healthcare offices, construction companies, public organizations, and larger employers. Her goal is to make the training process easier while helping every group she works with take safety seriously.

Why Mobile Training Makes a Difference

One of the things that sets The CPR Girl apart is simple. She is mobile.

That means she comes to you. Your staff does not have to drive across town, wait on someone else’s schedule, or lose time away from the workplace just to get certified. Training happens where your team already is, which makes scheduling easier and keeps the process practical.

It also helps people learn in the kind of environment where they may actually need to respond. For many teams, that makes the training feel more relevant and more useful from the start.

More Than a Certification Card

The CPR Girl is focused on helping teams be ready, not just helping them complete a requirement.

That starts with CPR, First Aid, BLS, AED, and Bloodborne Pathogens training, but it goes beyond that. Sara also works with organizations that need AEDs, AED cabinets, supplies, and other safety equipment so they can build a more complete emergency response setup.

For clients, that means one trusted source for both training and equipment. It simplifies the process and helps organizations make better decisions about how they prepare their people and their spaces.

Training for Teams That Need to Be Ready

Every workplace is different. A construction site has different risks than a school. A healthcare office has different needs than a church, a parks department, or a municipal building. The CPR Girl works with that reality instead of trying to force every client into the same exact box.

Training can be planned around your team size, your shift schedule, and the type of instruction you need. Some organizations need CPR only. Some need CPR and First Aid. Others need Bloodborne Pathogens training or help with AED planning and equipment.

The goal is always the same. Make sure your people know what to do before an emergency happens.
